YouTube on my phone

My internet will not let me play YouTube or video on my mobile devices at all it says no connectivity when I do it I called exede and they said everything looks fine and they will not help me at all. What do I need to do? I regret switching to this company from the horrible DSL service that I had.

Blindly, I can only suggest that your wireless devices are not connecting to your wireless access point.  The generic answer is to go to the settings of the device, select WiFi, a list of access points will appear, select your internet access point and choose Connect.  Not enough information about your setup was supplied to do any better for you.

Hi Jessica,  Please send your account and contact information to   Is your device set to WiFi as craig suggested? Do you have other devices connected through WiFi?  We do not have information to troubleshoot devices that are not ViaSat/Exede so I suggest you contact your device manufacturer for additional support.
