There have been several of us that have lost data this month. They resolved mine, I hope they resolve yours as well. Hopefully they figure this problem out, and get it fixed. I will say this. I've had this service for a long time now, and this was the first time I had ever experienced data loss.

I have service one week out of a month then they say I use 10 GB and there is no way I do same old stuff everymonth

Steve,

You  may be doing the same stuff every day but the same may not hold true for your computers background processes and other connected devices.

I suggests the following action:

During the initial troubleshooting period, disconnect your router and directly connect a single computer to the Modem. This is to insure that no other devices are able to connect.

On that single computer, install the free version of GlassWire:

www.glasswire.com

Monitor your data consumption using these tips:









I think you will be surprised as too the amount of data being used by background processes.

What OS's you running?
How are you connected? (Wired, wireless or both?)
What steps have you taken thus far to determine the cause of the usage?
