Your instructions for Blackberry phones do not apply to my phone

I have tried to set up a new email account on my Blackberry, and though the phone says a new account has been established, I don't receive any mail on the phone. The instructions from Wildblue on how top do this on a Blackberry do not correlate to what is on my phone's screen.
