I am not happy with my service at all. Speed is slow and data cap is crazy. been on the phone for a hour and got nowhere your employee wouldn't give her name all we called for was our bill this is ridiculous lookin for a new company

I am just curious what plan you are on and what you were told regarding the data cap when you received the service? I have found pretty decent representation of plans in our area as of this time with people I know who are selling the service.
There may be a different / better plan for you to look at before giving up on Exede.
