Your account is now in data restriction - NO it is not.

I got an e-mail stating that my account is in restriction. That I have used 100%. I am clearly at 71% from my dashboard. I hardly used any data at all yesterday. What's up with this e-mail?
On a related topic - when are you going to increase the available packages? 25GB is the max here now. I need more.

Slightly confused and more than slightly frustrated. I shouldn't have to waste my time checking my dashboard because of an incorrect e-mail. Also I should be able to get a bigger data package.

You'll need to email them at exedelistens@viasat.com including your account and contact info (do not post that info here on a very public forum).

This community isn't tied to your Exede account and they have no way of knowing who you are other than "cudellqkn"...
