you tube buffering after midnight

Anyone else having a problem with you tube buffering badly on our free hours lately? Very frustrating as it does it about every 10 seconds through out the videos. The rain is gone so I thought it might get better. . nope...

I have been experiencing the same problem. It's been going on for right at a week now. (The buffering) The usage also had dramatically jumped up to 7.9 GB, with 15 days to go. (Which we DO NOT use that much!) When I called earlier, they of course we're clueless. I'm not an idiot and the fact that they talk to me like one really peeves me. The fact alone that I have to call them monthly is enough for me. My usage/bill had ranged from $52 up to $90. That's with the same 2 people and the same devices. No explanation at all. So when I said something about the connection buffering and not loading...naturally in their eyes it was 'user error! Had me run all kinds of 'speedtest,s', disconnect and reconnect everything , (which I've done on my own already) wit I've been with them for a while and thyis problem is a first amazingly! Bsck ti uutKept saying it was due to high traffic area/time. Which granted, could have contributed to it. The thing is, that's about the only problem I haven't had with them up to this point. Now it's a daily nightmare...

In a nice respectful '' tone '' I fail to understand why when the speeds drop so dramatically that the usage seems to triple if not more. This happens every time the speeds drop and no it's not because things are downloading or uploading.

I've been with them four years come August and it was great for the first two years but after that issues are a constant pain. I think they are overloading the satellite, which they promised they would not do.
Also, if it's overcast or rainy...FORGET IT!
