Frustrated with Exede

Instead of contacing Excede you should be contacting a Lawyer and start a class action lawsuit. Calling Exede isn't going to fix anything, just make you mader.

hey, count me in, anyway I can get in. EXEDE is blatantly cheating their customers and laughing about it in their faces. Take my money and then, insult me? I don't think so.

Details, well,  as I have reported, many times, something has to be wrong for my account, to abruptly, after two years of perfect service, every month incredibly increased data usage,  every month thereafter. A VIASAT executive called and verified something was not right in calculating my data usage. He told me he would look into it and credited my account 5GB, for my trouble. Another discussion with someone else, showed the conversation with the VIASAT exec, on record, but he didn't leave any usable information. The thought flashed through my mind, would it not be a good idea to connect with this VIASAT person, and ask about the errors he was seeing? I'm no internet expert, but I do claim a little common sense.

Do you have any idea just how many more people I will have to recount what has happened since the errors started, to? This is pretty humiliating to make complaint after complaint, and no change occurs. Surely I am a big joke to the people that recite the same useless rhetoric to me in every contact I make. Surely, you think it is funny how I allow myself to be strung along, waiting and hoping to have an ISP that does not cause me this much grief every month.

I've been disabled due to a severe case of major clinical depression, diagnosed in 2002. Stress almost killed me. I lost everything I worked for and ended up alone. The depression has taken away my urge to Watch TV. DISHTV has suspended my account, charging me a minimum fee.

I've been a professional musician for over 35 years. I haven't played my guitar in five years, due to the depression. I have tons of my recordings on my hard drive, as well as other favorite music, that I do not listen to. I don't leave my house. I live alone and the internet is my last attempt at keeping my mind occupied. Unfortunately, my ISP continues to bite me on the ass, and despite my continuous line of pleas for help, it is beginning to look as if I'll be, sooner or later, connected to everyone that can hold a phone, except the person that can actually do what needs to be done to rectify my situation. Sounds frustrating, doesn't it?

Again, this month, my account has been down graded. One of my favorite items, is short music videos. I do not watch them since my service began to unnecessarily penalize me to this point. I am greatly discouraged by the position I continuously find myself in, placed here by a company I pay a monthly fee.

Unfortunately, I live in an area where there are no more suitable ISPs to take my business to. So, David, exactly what is your position there at EXEDE and what suggestions do you have for me to save data? Turn my computer off?

I have had satellite for like 10yrs now granted just started with Exede but still I have never hand any issues, especially wanting to sue over. I have always had a 10GB plan and never really had data issues if I did in the last 10yrs it was maybe a hand full if times. Yea I have called HughesNet about speed issues when I had them but that was mainly my only complaint.

Now being here with Exede yea I've had speed issues a few times but initially Beau was able to get me fixed when I first switched to Exede and had a modem issue sent exedelistens an email and after a few emails back and forth with Lindsey he gave me a call and set an appointment to get it replaced. So again no major issues here either all minor and all taken care of quickly

I was just curious and needed some entertainment. This will be my tenth year later this year with Wildblue, then Exede. I've had two incidents that weren't self inflicted, one I got my data back the next day and the other I didn't call as it was the same day I rolled over and I wasn't out even after the chunk of data disappeared.

Sign me up for that class action lawsuit! Same thing here... I've been tracking my usage and they have been grossly over inflating it each month as well.

Now i have a new issue with them too! After signing up for a 2 year plan thru DirecTV for 20GB per month, they have now said it was a 6-month promo, even when I have sent them the agreement that clearly states it's for 2 years at 20GB. Each time I call they have a new reason! It's laughable!

Let's sue this shady company!
