You charged me twice and didn’t return my money

I called and got your agent who tells me I need to wait two weeks to receive money stolen from me by an agent who charged me twice. This is unacceptable and I not only want the money stolen I want both payments returned immediately and you can cancel my account. The problem with this company is you outsource your customer service to another country and you robbed me and refuse to credit my credit card immediately. I have other bills due

The refunds always take time to process, no matter the company.  This is not exclusive to ViaSat.  They take time to process at your financial institution, as well, so even if ViaSat immediately processed your refund you wouldn't see it for days.  

While I understand your frustration, and I've had it happen (another company), there's really not a whole lot you can do about it.  Nothing is infallible, including people, and this type of thing can happen, unfortunately.

Gabe is correct that refunds do take time to return on your card as it has to release from our bank and has to be accepted by your bank (typically at 3-5 day process).
