I sent the email requesting it at 10:45 am got the reply email saying I'd got it at 11:31 am.

You must be getting better with practice, This time I sent the request email at 1:22pm and got it at 1:38pm. 16 minutes. :-)

I was with Wild-blue for years and I joined exede in August, this is by far the best experience with customer service I have had, your whole team really tries to get answers and reply back in quick times, I am usually the one that get frustrated with waiting on replies from any customer service group (verizon, Homedepot, pageplus, walmart,ETC...) this group is quick and fast, I am not saying I always get the answer I want but i get answers, Cant ask for more. Thanks to the whole team.
