Wrongfully charged

I canceled my VIASAT Oct 4. From that day I had 30 days to return the equipment. I recieved the box 26 days later... FINALLY and sent off the equipment. The package wad confirmed & delivered on Nov. 7. By this time my card had already been declined for 3 charges of $333. On Nov. 9 direct deposit hit & instantly the $333 was deducted EVEN THOUGH THE EQUIPMENT HAD BEEN DELIVERED 2 DAYS PRIOR. I called VIASAT an hour later & was told it would take up to 24 hours for a refund. Then the last thing they told me before hangnin gup on me was that it was take 7 to 14 days!! Are you kidding me??? I have bills & rent. VIASAT was wrong for taking so much money after they had already recieved what they needed on top of the $15 monthly I will pay for the next 20 months.

Please email us at viasatlistens@viasat.com.  We can move the refund process forward, cutting some time off that refund for you.  Be sure to include all your account info.

my box to return equipment came 3 days after I closed my account. Tracking shows that it arrived at Viasat 5 days later. Still not sure if its checked in or not. Does Viasat send an email after its checked in?
