wow what a joke once again people and data usage

Seems that i look at all of these post on here always something that the customer needs to do well how about exede find out what is going on cause alot of people have the same complaint and it seems to be that everyones data usage is screwy come on exede take care of you customers and stop blaming them for it. Why should we have to shut down our routers unplug everything and get third party blockers just to use your internet service. It is more of a hassle than anything and exede doesnt want to fix any problem

Randy, Exede has over 650,000 subscribers, most of them have  no problems with their system, or data usage. Those who are not having problems naturally don't post on the forum, since they are happy. There are a small percentage of subscribers who are posting that they are having problems with their data disappearing, or even stolen. As a satellite subscriber, on  limited data plan, you do need to try to follow those suggestions about how to conserve data, while still enjoying your internet.

FWIW, if you go to the HughesNet forum, you will see the same complaints about data usage problems. We all had to learn how to tame our computers and devices so they did not waste our data.

But once again its a joke if i go over i get charged but if i stay under i dont get a refund. Cable broadband is all unlimited and about same price why do we have to control them we shouldnt have to and first 3 months was fine and we have done nothing different but last 2 months i barely get 2 weeks something isnt right and i shouldnt have to everytime i am done with my internet unplug it so it doesnt use anything and then turn on when gonna use it. There is other ways and cell companys do the same thing

I have sent you an email i am just very frustrated and i understand i dont get charge but when you reach your limit it slows down so much you cant do anything on it. So if i want more data i have to pay for it for 2 more weeks
