Liars and cheats was told unlimited web and email only dat would come off of data was anything live streaming boy was they lying getting data charge for everything. Called and talk to 2 people and want me to upgrade and pay more . What a joke. Note a happy customer everything was fine for first 3 months and past 2 months it has been going over data. When setting this stuff up and installed it should all be recorded so they can see what installers tell the customers.

Hello Randy, if you are on the Evolution plan, web and email does not count against your data. If you can send me your info to exedelistens@viasat.com, I can take a look at your data with you to see where it has been used so far this month. Thank you.

I have talked to 2 people and first it was 3% on media and gaming and 20% on web pages and email which we was told it was unlimited and guess what its not that was the whole purpose of why we went to it then it changed to 40% on media and video and stayed 20% on web and email. And of course all they could say was sorry you was misinformed but you will have to pay more to get what i was already supposed to have way to treat first time customers suck us in then get more money out of us. Just not happy with exede right now and noone wants to make it right. Guess they dont care about customers cause they got them locked in on a contract. Feel free to call me 9132072250 thanks.

Wow and then they change the title of my posting face it you all have alot of unhappy customers and noone wants to resolve issue just use excuse that you are misinformed

Hello Randy, when would be a good time to call? As far as your usage goes, the percentages showing web browsing will still show up on your account because that is what the service is being used for. This does not mean though, that it is being counted against your data. With the Evolution plan, you have a set 10GB for everything else and any streaming will eat up the data the quickest. I am having a difficult time tracking your account with that phone number. Can you possibly send me an email to exedelistens@viasat.com with your contact email or account number? Thanks.

Well guess what still noone has contacted me and no solution once again its a joke. I got 2 emails last week with a case number and said someone will contact me within 24 hours ha that was when i made my original post and still noone has contacted me guess gonna contact bbb

And yet here I sit on that very same Lovelock NV Gateway and Salt Lake City Accelenet Server with 10 days to go in my monthly cycle and 4.4 GB of my 10 GB allotment still available to me...

I'm sure you think your doing the entire 650,000 plus Exede subscriber base a service, your Gmail inbox should be overflowing shortly...

But thanks for providing everyone with the opportunity to complain to Google by posting your Gmail address and associating it with your harassment here, not to mention doing the same with GetSatisfaction.

You should really go back and review all my replies made specifically to you. I have neither bashed nor name called. I have offered you suggestions and advice on how to get your issue addressed, which you have summarily dismissed as being impossible or not applicable. At the same time I have not denied that you are having a problem and all advice offered has been qualified with: assuming this is not a 'mechanical' problem or other defect.             

Yes, hijacked. Overnight you indiscriminately posted your charge on some 60 posts without even trying to determine whether what you say is even applicable to those posts.

The truth is you came on this forum and started the name calling - in turn you got what you dished out. You've repeatedly called the Exede moderators here liars.

You've now made some very serious charges that amount to fraud on ViaSat's part if true; please get the terminology correct - Exede is the product, ViaSat is the company. For your sake, I hope that those charges are true otherwise you may suffer some consequences yourself.

You've consistently mentioned some phantom knowledge base article as evidence, but have failed to produce anything other than your own interpretation of it or what you've been told over the phone. Hearsay isn't evidence.

So if you've got said knowledge base article post it either here or elsewhere - end of discussion.

Once again i sent an email back after your case number and what you had stated i have also left a phone number to be reached at might check email again cause i responded back stating that i dont care what is changed as long as data stayed the same and bill didnt go up i just want what i was told i was getting and if my router and everything is disconected from modem why is data being used. We can go back and forth through email all you want i have left a contact number because if you was willing to help i would rather talk on phone as apposed to email that way there is good clarification and convo recorded. As to steve i did what i was asked otherwise i wouldnt have made the post

Also you could look at the call log we had no internet on mlk day and also none on the 31 and then for 3 days striaght had nothing called in and done everything they asked me to do and then found out my router wasnt working so with no computer hooked up and router not working how did i use data. These are just examples of where did phantom data go. Also the installer also knew there was no personal computer that we just use it for wifi on out cell phone since we get no data on cells where i live. So for 5 days out of this billing cycle we had nothing but still used data. Thanks again

Also this is another where it said i would be contacted in 24 hours once again everything we do is from our phones as you see in the email it says sent from android phone that is another reason i am exspecting a phone call
