Wow this sucks

I have an unlimited plan with max speeds of 25mbps I also have priority data up to 60Gb , now on average I should have around 5 to 10 mbps but instead I am getting 200kbps which is ridiculous, I have only used 22Gb of data so far and my Internet had been slow since about 15 GB it does not matter what time if day, always 500kbps or less. I've tried to reset my modem multiple times and nothing is working what should I do?

If it is slow all the time, not just during the primetime hours, then you most likely have a problem with either your hardware or it is an alignment issue. You need to call tech support and set up a service call.

Don’t waste your money on expensive plans. It’s all crap that ain’t worth it. I’m a exede vet.
