Just wondering...... isn't it usually the more "considerate" or ethical thing to do when raising your rates to let your customer know ahead of time? Now it 's not much of an increase , and I understand that sometimes a business has expenses that makes this a "necessary evil" but an E-mail or even an old-fashion letter would be appreciated the next time my bill includes a rate hike. Thank-you, EVELYN R.

Read the contract.  Rate changes are only required to be posted on the web.  That being said, I have not seen my rate change arbitrarily in 4 years.  The only times my rate has changed have been when I myself have initiated a change to my contract.

I don't believe we've had a rate increase Evelyn. February billing typically sees an annual tax recovery fee and there's a couple of new plans that might have come out. Send an email to exedelistens@viasat.com and I can take a look at your bill to see why you saw an upcharge. my guess is it might have been one of those things.

yes, there has been an upcharge, like I said , not much { a dollar something} but I was just surprised that I had no heads up... I have no bill,as in a hard copy, it's an auto withdrawl.. I just saw it on my  usage data page and monthly bill statement...If it's possible to look at my bill, go ahead. I have nothing I can E-mail you.  I have been with Excede for almost 4 years and this is the first time I have had a change, I have not changed my plan, I guess it must be just one of those things.. if it is a Feb. tax thing then it wont be on next month's bill, we shall see.. Brad, thank-you for responding back to me so quickly... EVELYN R.

Oh I was meaning you can email me only because this forum is open and public and I'd have to pull up your account to look at your bill. We ask people to email us so their personal information isn't here. You can also view your bill at my.exede.net as well
