Service problem

Paused Evolution service, and tried to activate again.  They said no-longer available.   Now I have to sign in to an lesser service and start a new contract!!!What is the point of me putting one on hold and them charging me for something they no longer offer!

Then don't sign on.  Check out what Hughes has to offer. ViaSat isn't the only game in the woods.

I am having the same issue! This is so unfair. I have talked with excede few times - and no one seems willing to help. If I had known I would lose the evolution plan, I would not have put in on vacation pause. Not at all happy with exede/wildblue.

That is not like them to not get back to you still a week later, usually they get back to you with in a day or two at most. I have see where they might have missed the email or some reason it didn't show up on their end. Might not be a bad idea to sent them a new email with your info again just to make sure they have it and didn't get lost. Put your name or vacation hold issue in the subject line to make sure they can find it. Again sorry that is unusual to not hear back over a week later.
