I have been trying to get my internet fixed for approx. one month. ViaSat has cancelled and had to reschedule three different times. 0n 07/17/2018 two techs arrived. They identified a modem problem. They refused to fix it, even though they had the modem. They instead told me I had to cancel my service with ViaSat and open a new account with Cynergy. I refused as I did not want a new 2 year contract. They left after refusing to fix. 07/20/2018, I had an appointment today at 11:00. at 11:40 I was called and told the tech lost his laptop and would be late. I questioned this. After two hours on the phone, they finally admitted that again they did not have the modem to fix my problem. ViaSat installers/repair men are not from ViaSat they work for Cynergy. They do not care about ViaSat customers.
