With all computers and internet accessories off, I am still being charged for 200megs per day. Why?

Tom, if this is over more than 24 hours with apparently all devices unable to connect, then either you missed a connected device, have used your service briefly, such as to check usage, someone you are not aware of doing so is using your service in your home, or there is an equipment problem that needs to be addressed such had a bad cable or alignment being off.
