wireless internet speed does not work

installed exede high speed to compliment Directv less than 2 months ago . was having problems with centurylink internet down load speed . Exede did nothing to increase use of Directv. now it will not download anything . wireless exede modem wont boot up so no directv. this is the second day . waste of money.
I want to cancel exede wireless highspeed . how do I do this ? have had less than 39 days .

even if it does work the data limit prevents use with direct tv

I dont know what to think about all of this internet speed and data to make things work . I think that most people dont so we are at the mercy of the provider . after all of the aggravation the wireless disc started working this morning and comes on great . I dont know . couldnt the tech industry make this more user friendly ??????
