Windows 10 scheduling download time

Has anyone from Exede contacted Microsoft and explained the problems with Satellite internet, and the inability to schedule update downloads. I have tried, but it's next to impossible to even mention the subject. I had at one time mentioned to them that they stood to loose updates to Win10 among both major Satellite companys, but it evidently falls on deaf ears, or at least not far enough up the food chain. almost an arrogant attitude whenever it is even mentioned. "My way or No way" seems to hit it squarely. Maybe coming from Higher up at Exede could have some effect.
I have had some effect with the gpedit.msc program, and My Anti Spyware, and anti-virus, etc are no problem, as the allow time programming.
Anyway, Maybe this will go up the chain at Exede.

Just found an answer to part of the Windows 10 data usage problem.
One of My contacts on the Win10 forums has written a very neat program to STOP Windows 10 from "Pushing" the win 10 upgrade onto Windows 7 and 8.1. Rather than going through the different methods of stopping  the program from writing to your hard drive, it has options to stop the attempt seemingly for good. At least so far.  th URL is  http://blog.ultimateoutsider.com/2015/08/using-gwx-stopper-to-permanently-remove.html.
Program and instructions are there and I am so far pleased with the results.
It get's rid of the little Grey Windows symbol and removes the GWX from the Task manager .
Check it out.
