I am worried that I will lose all my past emails and filed emails in the transfer.

Hello Exede Brad,

What should be done when the primary email account has been migrated to the new platform but the secondary associated accounts have not yet migrated?

Exede instructions for setting up accounts and changing server settings do not address this scenario, but there seems to be a considerable number of people having to deal with this issue. The Googlemail and Gmail platforms where, apparently, some customer's secondary accounts are still residing cannot be accessed with the new server settings; it requires having multiple server settings to access the new email servers and the old email servers.

You say in your post that "emails will all transfer over with the new platform." That would be nice, but right now some of us have email accounts on two separate platforms. When does Exede anticipate the full migration of secondary email accounts to the new platform?

I'm hoping you might be able provide answers to these questions. Thanks for any help you can offer besides referring to call customer service. Exede customer service is not very effectual. If you don't believe it just ask anyone on this forum.

The secondary emails were to migrate at the same time, but we've had some that didn't fully migrate yet. We've been migrating in batches but we're anticipating all wildblue emails to be finish within the next week.
