I just noticed that Exede uses autopay. Will my monthly statement be posted some where before the withdraw date so I may see any additions made to my bill. I'm retired and have to watch where every penny goes. Dish and Directv both like to add a few dollars every once in a while that I wasn't prepared for. I don't like surprises

No, the bill is posted on the same day as the bill payment is withdrawn.

Hi Merle, The bill is posted as Steve answered on the same day the payment is withdrawn.  You can view your bill on myexede.net on your bill date. The bill will be consistent every month unless there is unusual activity on your account, for example, the purchase of Buy More..

Since your bill is very consistent from month to month, except for the once a year property tax charged to some customers, it should not come as a big shock how much your bill will be.

That is still no excuse for having the lamest billing and payment system in the universe. It's almost 2020, they must have computers, maybe they could find someone that knows how to utilize that technology!

Their direct competition bills the same way.  The day the bill is created the funds are withdrawn.  The same date every month, and the same amount, barring tax changes and discounts ending.

One of the reasons they don't prepare your bill in advance is that some plans allow the subscriber to buy more priority data, and that is included in the bill. Also, when people change plans, there is an adjustment up or down depending on the new plan costs.

Not a valid point, monthly service is billed ahead, everything else billed in arrears.

Viasat will bill your monthly Service fee and lease fee (if applicable) and one time charges in advance and will bill other fees in arrears such as fees to buy more data, for your receipt of certain support services when you contact us, for toll calls and for your receipt of Premier Tech Support, and in all cases will automatically collect these fees through either a Card Payment or EFT Payment.
