WildBlue slower at night

Last night I decided to download a 15mb app on my tablet and it took 3 HOURS. I checked the connection speed and it was at .46mbps .... yep, you read that right. I checked it this morning and it was up to 14mbps. I was happy that it went back up and figured we had just been over our data cap and this was the start of a new month. Well, tonight it's back down to .46mbps. What is going on here? Why is it SOOO much slower at night than it is during the day?

Hello Cassie! have you tried rebooting your internet modem? I am not currently aware of any issue that would result in the speeds being less at night. If the issue persists please send an email to exedelistens@viasat.com, and we can take a look into this matter.

I am still having this problem. I'm over my cap and it's still faster in the day than on the free zone. It seems like sometimes it doesn't go to full speed till around 3:30 am. speedtest at .40 kps
