I cannot get my wildblue.net email to work. One page has me enter my email and password and the next page says its loading... It's been loading for 3 hours. This has never happened before. I've tried turning the computer off and then on, but still doesn't work.

There is a known issue with Synacor, due to maintenance.  Hopefully it will be resolved soon!

"Hopefully it's resolved soon"... How about let's get it resolved now!! Been trying to get on for two days, either not popping up or says it's still loading. Box says I have over 50 emails, sure would like to see them..

The best long-term solution is to transition away from the Viasat provided email address and move to Gmail or Yahoo mail. And if you say that is too much trouble, ask yourself this, are you going to have Viasat internet for the rest of your life? If the answer is no, then at some point you will lose the Viasat email address anyhow. Transition now. In the long run you will be much better off.

I have two wildblue.net mail accounts, my husbands and mine. I can open mine just fine through the exede webmail, but my husbands account has the exact problem as the others posting here can't get past the login page and when he does, there is no inbox mail. There is trash mail listed, but nothing comes up for inbox even though it says he has mail in his inbox. This has been going on for several days.

The fact that Viasat is no longer offering email accounts to new customers should be incentive enough for those who continue to rely on wildblue.net or exede.net email to start transitioning away from Synacor... see:

https://help.viasat.com/internet/articles/General/Accessing-your-WildBlue-or-Exede-email-account

where you'll find Viasat's recommendation:
We recommend using Google’s free Gmail as the most full-featured and secure email service available.
