WildBlue Modem won’t stay connected

All day yesterday I had to reboot my modem because it would only stay connected for about an hour or two at the most. It would be just be the top two blue lights blinking. Once I unplugged it and plugged it back in it would reboot and all four lights would lock in. Any ideas?

To help rule out any extra possibilities- Bypass any surge protectors/power strips/extension cords and plug the modem directly into a wall outlet.  If it already is, try another outlet, preferably on another circuit.  The idea here is to rule out bad third party hardware.

If you still experience the reboots, then it's likely a problem with the Viasat hardware, and you'll need a service call to have a tech replace the modem.  In that case, you'll need to call Customer Care at 855-463-9333.
