Migration sucks. Can't get email on android phone. Followed your instructions but keep getting error: cannot safely connect to server. Your people kept me on the phone for 90 minutes and did nothing to fix my problems.

Hello T,

We are working on a few issues with the email migration. Just want to get some clarification: are you trying to pull it up with your mail client? If so, are you able to check your email by going to go.wildblue.net and logging in with your credentials? If you are able to log in on the site, all that needs to be done is an update to your android mail client in which we have instructions on go.wildblue.net on how to reset that.

Are you using the Gmail or Email app?  I seem to remember Gmail had an extra layer of security that you had to satisfy (or change the settings to reduce the security level).  Email doesn't have that extra layer and may be easier to get working.

Your instructions for the IMAP android setup were wrong. The smtp port should be 465 (not 587 as it says in your instruction sheet).

As for the calendar, after I deleted my google accounts in order to set up the email on my android, I went back to google calendar and now my calendar items are there. I don't how that relates to whatever it is that you're doing. But at least I know where I'm supposed to be tomorrow.
