Wildblue email stopped working on iPad Pro

About 3 weeks ago, my wife's iPad Wildblue stopped working. I have my Wildblue email on my Windows 7 and Windows 10 pc. It has been working fine. I have tried all the settings for the iPad and I cannot get it to connect thru the iPad's Mail function. I have tried Viasat tech support and they say it is not their problem. She can access her Wildblue email on the Mail.Wildblue.Net website. I do not know enough about this stuff, and I am lost. Can anybody suggest a solution that an old man can understand and will work? Hi Ed,  just saw your post.  I'm on iPad and mail is working for me, here's my settings

IMAP account   (not POP)
incoming:    mail.wildblue.net
outgoing:   smtp.wildblue.net
port:   587
use SSL:    toggle on

The mail setting on the apple site are incorrect for wild blue mail.   I keep telling them to update but has not happened.  Hope this helps.
