Wildblue email

Lost secondary email account during the changeover, nothing in "Help" seems to apply to Wildblue just Exede mail. How can I get the wildblue account for wife's address? Upgrading to Exede is not available.

Hello Lawrence. We are finding that some accounts are "orphans" in that they didn't migrate with the primary yet. We are wrapping the migration in the next couple of weeks. Are you able to access them by signing into mail.google.com?

They will all migrate over, just some secondary didn't go when the primary happened*

Exede Brad,
My primary email account migrated first, then secondary a few weeks later.  I'd like to be able to log into both and toggle between the two, but I don't seem to be able to re-establish the secondary account; both are listed under Preferences/Accounts as primary.  Suggestions?

Both my Primary and my old Secondary account are now listed as Primary under Preferences. Not a big deal to me, but it is strange that it comes up that way.

My secondary email account is for my wife's medical notices and other appointments.  Until 8-27 I was able to see them on mail.google.com, but not anymore.  I don't want to change all the accounts over to my account if we can expect to get the "MIGRATION" done soon.

Hello Lawrence,
We're in the final parts of the migration. mail.google.com was where the email used to be viewed but once they migrate they all should transfer over to go.wildblue.com.

Still not receiving any secondary emails. What is current estimate of migration completion?

Why no answer about migration? 
do I assume you have no answer if there is an end?  This has been going on for over a month.

All Wildblue email is moved and done, they are now working on exede email.  So if you are still not seeing your secondary accounts when you login online then I would call the customer care number 855-463-9333 and talk to the email migration team.

Could someone just answer my question? I sent exede a question through the e-mail and was just looking to see if there was an answer yet. I have no idea why it is saying not the same info. we have on file for you......
