Slow speeds on Wildblue

This is another update of my original thread on wildblue customers out of luck. I am still waiting for someone to do something to fix my connection, and I guess that's not going to happen (yes, I have emailed exede listens). For reference, I decided to run a testmy.net test (with only my laptop and wifi router connected) and also check my usage again. Here are the screenshots...





Obviously I shouldn't be slowed down on a WB Pro plan. Been this way for about two months. It's an interesting coincidence that my speeds haven't been returned to normal at roughly the same time they apparently decided to stop send out email alerts to tell you that your speeds have returned to normal. I'm betting they still do send those email alerts and the fact I didn't get one means their system to restore speeds has broken.
