I have had WildBlue Internet since 2007. I contacted WildBlue about upgrading my equipment because it is old don't even have wi-fi which I now need. I was told I could get a free upgrade and then I was put on hold for a few minutes. Then when she came back I was told the upgrade wasn't available in my area. I guess being a long time customer means nothing to WildBlue. I will soon be canceling my service,very disappointed with WildBlue.
