Wilblue email account problems.

I have a Wildblue email account. It was fine until today, when I clicked on it; all of my Archived Email messages were gone. No new messages were in my Inbox. I did have messages in my Inbox (306) that were not mine; I deleted them. What is going on? I've been on Windows 10 since July 2016; not their email. I've been using my Wildblue email since then without a problem.My email address is: _____________ It is not  ________ (that account does not exist, but keeps showing up as my email account).My phone is: __________.Please fix this asap.Thank you.

Hi Georgia,  I have removed your email addresses and phone number.  This is a public form and we want to protect your privacy.  Posting your private information, can give hackers and spammers access to your account.
