WIFI sucks!

Losing wifi to all my devices, worked great until a week ago? I have rebooted, reset, un-pluged everything I can think of and it is just not connecting. What next??

They tell you to reset your ip address it doesnt help then they say its bc your over your data and no matter how much you tell them that's impossible they dont care

I have the same issue, disconnecting after 3 minutes... restarted, unplugged. Now this is a new billing cycle and I definitely have data left... Is there an update that needs to be installed?

You have to call them and they walk you through resetting it. It didnt help at all. New billing cycle new data my devices all still disconnect from the wifi like the satellite loses signal. Cant blame bad weather either. I call and call and live chat all the time it has gotten me NO WHERE! At this point in ready to say I'm done and have nothing at the house
