Wifi access down yet again

For the second time this month, I have no access to my Exede wifi. Last time, I had to wait ten days for repairs, which worked for less than a week. And I've been using Excede only for a few months; very disappointing service. Please schedule a fix ASAP; this outage is hurting my business. I have to drive 15 minutes to a library to access wifi. Also, I deserve at least one-month fee credit for this significant disruption to my business
