Wife is trying to pay bills and Internet super slow, was I lied to when they were trying to sell me service?

My service is 73 a month and hardly ever works, trying to trouble shoot this thing through the website is damn near impossible. So I'm thinking I was mis informed when I got the new service and I've tolerated it this long but can't work with this company anymore. For the service I'm receiving I strongly believe this is price gouging from what I was told in the beginning.

Have you used all your data allotment for the month already? Send  an email to exedelistens@viasat.com and the moderators will look at your modem and see if there is a problem. Include your account number and a phone number.

Hi Justin,  If you are using the Liberty Plans your service will slow when you use all your data. Your account speeds are great at this time. They will change due to the internet traffic. This is true for all internet carriers.
