Type 192.168.100.1 into your address bar and see what the signal strength is. My first thought is very low signal. If this is the case it could be due to several things including tree growth, dish out of alignment, water in the tria.
If it keeps it up, call Customer Care and let them set up a service call. They can pull up a historical chart of the past few days and see the signal drops. Also, as crazy as this sounds, next time it goes out. Look at the dish and make sure a bird hasn't perched on the tria. Had this happen a couple weeks ago....replaced the E-tria with a regular one and it took care of the problem.
