Three days ago I sent important mails to all of my children. I just received notice that those sent to Yahoo email addresses could not be delivered. Why not?
I am angry about this.

You must be using a @wildblue.net or a @exede.net to send those emails.

If so, you need to switch your email address to gmail or yahoo or some other provider.

wildblue & exede email address frequently have trouble being received by yahoo & aol subscribers.
(they are the end refusing your mail)

No need to complain about it, just do it and save yourself the grief...the day is gonna come where you will have no choice but move to another mail provider - get it over with now....

Talbot,

If Bob is correct, and you're using an exede or wildblue address, please email us with your account information, and a copy of the bounceback email you received.  This is a known issue and can be fixed by our email provider.

Bob's suggestion of moving to another email provider such as gmail or yahoo would eliminate the issue entirely.
