Why was my account charged yesterday for not returning equipment when you received it 9/7?

Why was I charged and when will I receive a refund?

Amanda, this is not a direct way to contact Exede/Viasat. This is a public, peer to peer forum for customers. You will need to call Exede at 855-463-9333 or, email your account and contact information as well as your question to exedelistens@viasat.com for assistance with billing issues. I would also suggest that you have the tracking information available for the returned equipment.

I have called several times but no one can give me a direct response. They said when they receive it, I'll get a refund but they have received it and I did give them tracking. I was just wondering if anyone has went through this and how long it took.
