why was I disconnected? ive only had for a month & hvnt gotten a bill. im a nite online student!

I'm really MAD! I Called 3days ago, was told if I haven't gotten a bill yet not to worry!! I'm an online student at nite, this is why I called to ask 3days ago about a bill!

call them back agin they don't send bills out your auto billed using a credit card or debit card

It looks like I would have been told that when I called last week asking about my bill?? Instead of being told ,"not to worry, I was fine until I get a bill"! By the same guy that left me his card, exceed card!

Again, CALL WHOM? All I RECEIVED WAS A PERSONAL COMPANY CARD, WHICH I CALLED LAST WEEK, & Was Told I was Fine until I RECEIVED A BILL. ITS BEEN VERY INCONVENIENT, I Don't Take a Week of MISSING SCHOOL LIGHTLY, GRADES WILL DROP TREMENDOUSLY, This NVR Should have HAPPENED. James is correct. Exede is a paperless billing company. We usually start customers off by enrolling them into autopay and the first bill usually hits just days after installation. Please call our billing team as soon as you can at 855-463-9333 to make arrangements to turn your service back on.
