Why is one email address blocked only by Exede modem?

We have a weekend house with our Exede modem.  When we are at home, using another provider's modem, a friend's email address works fine.  But when we are in the country, exede blocks that address and will not deliver the email.  All emails are sent using our Exede (Wildblue) email address as sender.  Even when replying to a previous email sent from that friend, the reply is permanently blocked.  Here is the message we receive:

Tina, we are having the same problem with my wife's brother in Taos. His email is also at taosnet.com. I have found no answer as to why yet.

The Exede email system is not blocking those emails. It is the recipient's email provider that is blocking the emails because they feel that Zimbra, Exede's email provider, is loaded with scam emails and viruses. Send an email to exedelistens@viasat.com and the moderators will be able to escalate the problem to the technical group at ViaSat. Be sure to include your account number and a phone contact, as well as a copy of the rejection notice ou posted above.

Apparently the fix worked. I just sent a testing e-mail to the brother and it worked just fine.
Thank you Steve and Tina for looking into this.
