why is my service so slow again today.

this is an ongoing problem with excede. i am back down to 1 mbps. there is no way in hell that i have hit my metered limit.

So Brad, did Fred Clark email or call Viasat listens 10 months ago as you suggested?
If so, was his problem solved?
I wonder about posts like this where the poster seems to disappear after posting his problem.
Does emailing Viasat Listens really help or do the complaining posters just give up and go away?
