Why is my password not working when I try to sign in to check my wildblue email?

When I go to login to my email, I put in my @wildblue.net address then tab down to put in password. Every time I click on login, it says "Login Incorrect". Everything was fine until this transition from Google to Zimbra happened.

Call 855-463-9333 and they can reset your password from their side. That is one of the ongoing issues Exede techs are trying to get fixed as a result of the migration.

I don't need my password reset. I just need to be able to login to my wildblue email account from the myexede.net webpage.

Hello Amy, I agree with Knight Rider, for configuration assistance in relation to the new email migration, I would advise to please give our Customer Care line a call at 1-855-463-9333 so they can address your email login concerns. Thank you

I don't have to call customer service. I have it figured out. I'm letting you know how I figured it out, so everyone can pass it on to others that are having the same problem. When you login to the Exede dashboard to view your usage (account summary), go to the upper right corner where it says "Email Inbox" and click on it. The page that comes up is for Exede email. You will also see on that page "Are you looking for Wildblue.net?" question. Place your cursor on the question and you will see that it changes to a hand. This means that the question is a link to the wildblue email. After you click on it, it will take you to your wildblue email account. I didn't have to login for it to come up either. Hope this helps everyone.
