Slow download speed and a random question to follow

Why is it that my plan is supposed to have a 12 Mbps download speed but litterally the best i have ever got on is 5 and a second question where do I find out when my contract ends?

You are most likely in a congested beam, but that dont mean you cant get the advertised speeds.  If you send an email with your account/ contact info referencing this post Exede Diana or Exede Lindsey will reach out to you and review your account and see what they can do to help you.
