Our prices haven't changed. Have you bought more data each month? Did you make changes with your plans:? Since we bill in advance any changes you make to your plan (buy more data, change plans, or have long distance charges if you have voice) will be reflected on the next bill in a prorated charge or credit depending on what change has been made. Another potential thing would be if a chargeback was ordered by your bank. That occasionally can cause issues but it's more likely to be the other suggestions.
