Question about cancellation charges

I called and cancelled when they said so the date would be right before the next month charge, then they still charged me the next month even though I had canceled,
Former member never will use them again

Hello Terry, like most subscription services (ie: Netflix, Amazon, ect) we charge you a month in advance. So if you were to cancel a day after the bill hit, you'd have been charged a full month. We usually recommend the day before the billing date to make any major changes (change in package, cancelling service, ect) to avoid frustration and confusion. Learn from this, I see so many being hit like this, even being hit after equipment returns are signed for. It's a poor business practice.
Buy a throwaway card to keep on the account and after your last months bill don't load anymore cash on the card. billing errors solved :)
