My device folder is showing over ten SB2Plus devices. When I click on any of these there is an error stating that there is no file associated with the device and that I need to download one. What are these extra devices? I do have a large family. Could these be them? And why wouldn't they be identified as such if there were?

The network is secure with a password that has been frequently changed. I also just changed the network ID as well as made the SSID private. Nothing changed after doing so.

SB2Plus is the built-in-router modem we released last year and probably what is showing. As for multiple entries not really sure why that's the case

I deleted all but one of these modems. The last one is still showing up with the error. I'm not sure if this is possible but would other people in the area be able to hijack service by using our dish? Or could it be that we are picking up others modems in the area? We are remote so this doesn't quite make sense.

if i was you id suggest making some word phrase then adding in some numbers and some special characters like this for an example... 1a23$45b6&78c9*0 or something like that so it cant be easily hacked into :3 also SOME people have a program onto there computers therefore they can hack into it D: but yet keep in mind to make it like special characters AND numbers and letters also :3 BUT!!! also make sure to write your password down so you wont forget :3 also make your security go into WPA2-PSK [AES] OR it can be this WPA-PSK [TKIP] + WPA2-PSK [AES] BUT!!! it can sometimes vary by routers.... imma thinking of switching my security in a lil bit... cause i dont like my password the way it is... also i need to change it also change the security of it also... AND THAT MEANS I HAVE TO RE-LOGGING ALL MY DEVICES TO THE WIFI!!! D: which will be a pain in the butt but itll be worth it :D
