A week ago I noticed my Internet and WiFi weren't working so I rebooted my modem, but it didn't fix the issue! I blamed the bad weather and tried again the next day! Still not working! I called ViaSat and a tech told me that I didn't reboot correctly, so I did it "the right way" and I was connected for about 2 minutes, just long enough to say bye to the tech! I called again and I was told that there was maintenance done and to wait a day! So I waited 3 days, the exact same issue only that now suddenly I had supposedly used 7 GB (in 7 days with modem etc shut off most of the time!!!) I called again and the tech told me AGAIN that there was maintenance done and she couldn't look into the data usage but she also couldn't explain why my Internet wasn't working. At this point I was so mad, I had my husband call again a few days later, all they did was give us "extra 5GB no charge" which I can't use because my Internet is still not working! I don't wanna waste any more of my time calling a tech, emails are not being answered, I can't wait for my contract to be up so I can get some real Internet!!!
