Why don't we have our existing phone number yet ? The last 'projected' promise was, "by the 5th"

you gave wrong account number to Verizon two weeks or so ago, but nobody contacted us to let us know. When I called about it (wrong number of 0's) and corrected it , we were told the transition to 409.000.0000 would by made by May 5.

Are you trying to change a Verizon phone number? If so you need to contact Verizon, this is an Exede forum.

Are you trying to port a number from Exede Voice to Verizon? If so Email your information to exedelistens@viasat.com for help or, call 855-465-9333.
