I've been through the set up steps on my iphone, but it says the password is incorrect, even though this password works to get mail on the webpage. There is also no option to change the password. I can't get help on the phone, I can't get help online, and I can't get help by email. Your company is charging us for service and needs to provide it.

Exede did not sell you the phone, nor do they run a help desk for the thousands of different phones out there.  The service Exede is charging you for is an Internet connection and they are doing just that.  Phone support or computer operating system support is beyond the scope of supplying an internet connection.  The company that made, or sold you your phone needs to be contacted for assistance with that device.

You may want to try clearing history and cookies using your Safari settings... just a wild  guess and some are wilder than others.

Hi  Sara and Tim,  Have you deleted the old email account (Google/Wildblue)?  If you can access your email with your current password, the password is correct. We have provided steps to set up your account on an iPhone. Do you have any other email clients on your phone?  Please send an email to exedelistens@viasat.com for help to  figure out what the issue is!  You can also call our customer service line at 855-463-9333.
