don't have any service with your company and I never have. Viasat stole from me and now I have to jump through hoops to get my money they stole.

I am more than a little curious how Viasat could "steal" your money if you have never done business with them.

Is there more to your story?

If someone fraudulently used your credit or debit card for a Viasat bill that isn't Viasat's fault. Report the fraud to your bank.

Edited for Profanity (that's against the rules)

This does sound very much like someone used your card if you never had Viasat, Exede or Wildblue before. Did you use your card to help someone get the service because that stays on file as the card to use. Otherwise this sounds like someone stole your card number. If that's the case the first stop is going to the bank and closing that card and asking they file some chargebacks for you.

Cards being compromised is pretty common everywhere, skimmers at the gas station, bulk numbers being sold off, it's common enough the bank doesn't even charge a fee, they refund your money and change your card. I've had it happen to me personally about 3 times in the last 5 years someone would go buy about $700 of things at Walgreens or something.

You'll need to talk to your bank.
