I had been having the same problem since I changed to the Liberty 12 - 50 GB plan last Friday. I have the old SB2 modem and am on beam 314. Apparently there is a software glitch that Exede may not have corrected yet.
I just got the latest modem software at before midnight last night, version UT_3.7.3.9.2, so I will see if that has corrected this rebooting problem. So far it has stayed connected for almost 10 1/2 hours.

My guess is that they offered the plans before they had the updates rolled out to the Beam I was on. Modem has been on over 3 days now so it is definitely fixed at this point.
