why does my exede voice not work

they repaired it once and it worked about two weeks but I get a full bill for it they do not understand when im there I can not call to complain or do they please get my phone working again do you need to text me

first, you can email your account information to exedelistens@viasat.com to get help via email though it takes one or two days, sometimes a bit longer that way.

Second, have you tried resetting the voice adapter. Unplug it and leave it unplugged for two to three minutes then, plug it back in. If all of the lights are lit correctly (left to right should be green, green, yellow, yellow, off unless you have a second phone attached, then green, green. Or the phone light(s) may be flashing yellow if you have a voice message waiting.) If your lights are different, emailing that information would help them figure out what is wrong.

IF it is only the phone light that is not green (or flashing if message) unplug the phone from the adapter, then unplug the adapter for two to three minutes, plug the adapter back in and wait for all lights except the phone light to be properly lit, then try plugging in a different phone if you have one, if not try a new cord for the one you have or, purchase a new phone.

Also be sure you are plugging a phone directly into the adapter and not connecting it to the phone wiring in your house. It's best to use a cordless base station that supports multiple handsets if you need phones in other rooms rather than connecting Exede Voice to your house phone wiring.
